This spotting sheet will help me to know what sounds are present in the clip for when i recreate them, I will also need to find a piece of music that fits the scene, i may end up just using the same music from the official soundtrack that doesn’t have the Foley sounds present. I have thought of ways i could recreate the sounds and listed them down on the chart above. I thought about the cheapest and easiest ways of doing the sounds that

What props am i going to need to make my sound effects?
There are a lot of different props like a coin, pump, brush, deodorant, all these are going to contribute to the sounds i’m going to make, i go into more detail about what i’m going to use in my spotting sheet, I’m also going to have some sandpaper to make the sounds of woody’s boots being cleaned. The reason i’m using sandpaper is because it’s going to make a very loud sound that simulates what the one in the scene really sounds like, this is the consideration i have gone into with everything i have thought i could use to substitute for the sounds. The most important thing is if it sounds like what it’s going to be used which is why me, Finn and Josh have had to think about many objects we could use because most of them don’t work well, or when tested don’t create the sound we were aiming for. A prime example of this is when me and Josh thought the sound of a coin tapping against a sink could be a great substitute for one of the sound effects, we were wrong.
We went to test our theory out to see if it sounded like what we wanted but were proven wrong, it sounded like the opposite of what we wanted and instantly scrapped the idea and went back to the drawing board to come up with new ideas of what objects we could use to recreate the foley sounds we need for the clip.
